Anna Kirah is an internationally acclaimed design anthropologist and psychologist who has worked in corporations such as Boeing and Microsoft, and consults with customers in a wide range of sectors including software development, advertising, transportation, retail, banking, public services and governmental policy making. Much of Anna´s work relates to the impact of rapid change on companies and organizations and the subsequent challenges in how to meet the increasing demands of both employees and customers. Anna´s trademark is the people-centric approach which requires the continuous involvement of people in the design of services, products and organizational change. Through involvement, we create meaningful, relevant and desirable solutions that bring value to the people we serve. Anna has in the last 10 years had an increasing forcus on planetary-centric perspective as well. In addition to working at Halogen, she guest lectures at universities worldwide and sits on the board of Design Without Borders, solving challenges in developing countries.
