Within the competitive landscape of data and insights, it’s important to make sure your company stands out to potential clients and partners.
However, despite advising clients on their brands, marketing and communication every day, many insights firms and suppliers are not putting their money where their mouth is when it comes to their own marketing. Indeed, in our research last year we found that 75% of companies within market research spend just 0-5% of turnover on marketing.
So, a large proportion must be spending (and doing) nothing!
That’s not to say marketing needs to be expensive, but if you believe in what you do for clients, you need to do it yourself as well!
With this in mind, we have teamed up with GreenBook to bring Insights Marketing Day back to London on 11th May.
In one informative and enjoyable day of knowledge sharing and networking, our aim is to give you practical advice about what you need to know to achieve success in your insights marketing. As one previous attendee said:
“I have five pages of notes and action items to help execute against a very worthwhile day with nominal financial investment. Great speakers. Great location.”
This year we’ve lined up expert advice from a range of companies like Lightspeed, Northstar, E-Tabs, and of course Keen as Mustard, on key topics like how to get the most from events and associations, copywriting for the media, email marketing, web optimisation, audience targeting and content strategy as well as branding and visual identity. We also have a great line-up of client and agency panellists. BBC Media Action, Barclaycard and Coca-Cola will talk about what they are looking for in their agencies and suppliers and how they want to be approached. And top agencies like Kadence International, FreshMinds, B2B International and PRS IN VIVO will share their marketing strategies for success (and what didn’t work so well!).
But don’t just take our word for it – in the words of another previous attendee:
“I left feeling energized, with ideas for new tactics and approaches, while also feeling validated about some of our current marketing efforts.”
So, please join us in the heart of London at King’s College Great Hall on the Strand on Friday 11th May.
