Bilendi Group, a digital market research firm specializing in collecting data and creating value through market research, has signed an agreement to acquire Via!, Italy’s online panel provider, for an as-yet undisclosed sum.
The acquisition gives Bilendi a local team in Italy to build on and expand its existing operations in Italy, which currently fall under the Maximiles brand. Via!, based in Milan and with just 5 employees, will join Bilendi Group with a panel of 60,000 active members, with further survey and data processing capabilities.
And former Research-Now SSI (now called Dynata) CEO Patrizia Eli will be joining Via! to accelerate the development of the Italian market.
