We welcome Jon Puleston, Vice President Innovation at Lightspeed, UK, as a new member of ESOMAR’s Professional Standards Committee. He brings a wealth of expertise in online panels, mobile and innovation to the PSC.
Last year Enrique Domingo was appointed as the new the chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. He is leading the Professional Standards team to secure the adoption of the new ICC/ESOMAR International Code globally, and is working with ESOMAR to revamp the tools we use to enforce the Code through Project SERENE an online platform to facilitate the handling of complaints. The Professional Standards Committee also will be working to update our guidelines to ensure they are relevant to both ‘traditional’ market researchers and the new data analytics and technology community.
